Michael Zimet

Michael Zimet, who heads IABC’s Advocacy Work Group, is president of Dialogue Solutions, a management consulting practice that helps organizations communicate more effectively with employees.

An expert in upward and two-way communication, he has more than twenty years of experience assessing employee morale, attitudes and issues, including seven years as architect and head of IBM’s worldwide Speak Up! program.

Mike has conducted hundreds of surveys, focus groups and executive interviews for such companies as IBM, Merck, Prudential and Intel to help them identify employee concerns and issues as well as opportunities to improve their communication programs. He has consulted and presented to audiences on four continents and has received IABC’s Recommended Speaker designation.
