		<description>Heh - I try so very hard to avoid either the promotional or the overly critical in this space. I DO want this business (and thousands upon thousands of others) to do well, and hopefully some fair-minded criticism will help accomplish that. 

As you say, if it's overtly promotional we tune out. And I REALLY wouldn't want to get accused of using this kind of forum to conduct a hatchet job, either.</description>

People are more likely to believe your carefully crafted dissatisfaction (thus buying into actually reading further), than they are to believe you are outrageously satisfied (thus ensuring you are a paid placement).</description>
