About This Commons
The Employee Communications Commons offers a forum for business professionals to share information on how companies can improve performance management with effective internal communication, including developing the best flow of information for employees, minimizing misunderstanding and misinformation and promoting a clear and shared understanding of company goals.
IABC has asked several senior communicators to make regular posts to the Employee Communications Commons. Think of them as the resident hosts of the Commons — planting the seeds of our conversations and helping to keep the ball rolling. The Commons is open to any communicator, whether or not they are IABC members, for reading and commenting.
